IBW event

Planning is now well underway for our International Babywearing Week event on October 7th.
We have had 5 raffle prizes donated already! If you know anyone who would like to donate something - however small we would be really grateful. (Anything related to slings/babies/parenting/mummy treats.....)
When we have more prizes I will post a list so you can all start to get as excited as me.

Permenant venue confirmed

We FINALLY have a permenant venue confirmed!
We will be meeting on the first Thursday of every month, from 13:00 - 15:00, at East Cowes Children's Centre. (From October)
The centre is a brand new building on the site of Osbourne Middle School.
Our first meet here is scheduled for Septemeber 9th with our second one on October 7th. This second one will be a special event for International Babywearing Week and will focus on safe babywearing. We are hoping to have some fun activities for this special meet and will be collabarating with Southampton Slingmeet. More details to follow!

Change of venue

After 2 months of meeting at Winchester House we have been offered a free venue for the summer! Thanks to Jo and Clare Adams we will have our next meeting at Waverley Park in East Cowes.
Look forward to seeing loads of people there.
